Euroatlantycka wspólnota nie jest już od jakiegoś czasu centralnym punktem odniesienia dla szczególnie istotnych, polityczno gospodarczych decyzji Rosji - co, wydaje się, umknęło uwadze elit formacji "bunga-bunga" Europy i Stanow Zjednoczonych Ameryki - i jeśli Moskwa czasami uczyni jeszcze jakiś gest w tym względzie, to raczej z sentymentu, a nie konieczności.

I może właśnie dlatego warto by było nad każdym z nich pochylić się z należytą uwagą.
